Flax/Harakeke Flower making with Artist Cindy Wood

Tamborine Mountain Creative Arts is hosting the Flax/Harakeke Flower Making event.

The completed Harakeke flowers will become part of a group sculptural installation for an exhibition entitled ‘A Garden of Possibilty-Reimagine It‘ opening at The Centre, Beaudesert, Scenic Rim 10th Feb 2024. Flowers can be collected after the Exhibition. This exhibition will focus on sustainabilty, upcycling and creative reuse of materials to make art.

Presented by SUS- Southside Upcycling Stitchers with RADF (Regional Arts Development Funds) thanks to Scenic Rim Council and Qld Governemnt.

As this Event is funded by RADF please advise if you are unable to attend and allow soemone else to take your place. $5 is a donation to venue and will not be refunded.
